the discovery of a dead body in Central Java

  Residents of Gondangrejo Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung, were shocked by the discovery of a male corpse in a well at Garongan Dam or Swadaya Dam, Saturday, 4tn July 2020.

Some information collected by lampost from around the location of the incident stated that the body of the anonymous man was first discovered by local residents who were going to look for grass for animal feed.

When they were looking for grass, people smelled a very unpleasant odor. After searching it turned out that the unpleasant odor was sourced from old well holes that were not used near the location of Dam Garongan or Self-Help Dam.

After being examined, the residents were surprised that the very pungent odor came from a corpse in the well. The discovery was then immediately reported by residents to Pamong Desa and forwarded to the Pekalongan Police Station.

Then, Pekalongan Police officers were assisted by residents to evacuate the body from the well. Then immediately evacuated to Sukadana General Hospital for examination.

While a Lampost.net source in Pekalongan Police Headquarters confirmed the discovery of a male corpse. But it is not certain whether the body of the anonymous male was a murder victim or not.

"At present we have evacuated the body of the anonymous man to Sukadana Regional Hospital for an examination," said the source.
