Two travelers who were driving yesterday on the Chihuahua-Ciudad Juárez route at kilometer 280 were caught in a huge sandstorm.

At the time they were driving on the road they observed the natural phenomenon and decided to go ashore so as not to drive through the land and take the risk of an accident, so they went to the side of the road.

The men reported that they had never had to experience something similar and were even surprised when a truck passed by and got into the storm.

The travelers documented how little by little the storm approached them and suddenly in a matter of seconds enveloped them and obscured everything around them, before what they said: "We were in the dark."
