On the afternoon of 4-6, information from the Thanh Hoa Motor Vehicle Registration Center said that the truck caused a particularly serious traffic accident that left 3 people dead and 1 injured on Nghi Son - Sao route. Specifically, the BKS 36C-171.15 truck has the brand - model number: HOWO- ZZ3317N3067W, produced in 2015 in China; the volume of goods allowed for transport is 15.6 tons. The owner of the vehicle according to the registration certificate is Binh Xuan Transport Trading One Member Company Limited.

The time of the accident of this car was just about to expire on 3-6 registration. Accordingly, this vehicle was last tested on June 4, 2019, at the Thanh Hoa Vehicle Registration Center on 36-02S Thanh Hoa and has its inspection deadline until the end of June 3, 2020.

As for the 4-seater car BKS 36A-468.94, which was last tested on December 16, 2019, at the motor vehicle registration center 36-03D Thanh Hoa and has inspection deadlines till the end of June 15, 2022. The owner of the vehicle is Mr. Le Ngoc Hoan (village 2, Xuan Tho commune, Trieu Son district, Thanh Hoa province).

Earlier, as reported, at about 11 am on 4-6, on the Nghi Son - Sao Vang route, section passing hamlet 8, Van Son commune, Trieu Son district, a catastrophic traffic accident happened. causing 4 casualties.

At that time, the Howo truck (often referred to as a "tiger" car) brought the BKS 36C-171.15 to the direction of Trieu Son district to Nong Cong district (Thanh Hoa), when Van Son crossroads suddenly collided. with 4-seat cars (now there are 4 people in the car) carrying BKS 36A-468.94 from inter-district roads crossing roads.

Due to speeding, the car "tiger" could not control the speed, crashed and overturned on the 4-seat car, causing the car to flatten, 4 people in the car could not escape.

As a result, 3 people were identified as dead: Le Ngoc Hoan (car owner, SN 1991; resident of hamlet 2, Xuan Tho commune, Trieu Son district); Mrs. Le Thi Binh (SN 1948; residing in hamlet 6, Van Son commune, Trieu Son); Ms. Le Thi Ut Hue (SN 1992, Mrs. Binh's son).

One seriously injured is grandson DM. (SN 2014, Mrs. Hue's son). Do Minh N. is currently receiving emergency care at Thanh Hoa General Hospital.
