Accident or wrongful death?
The same vehicle, yesterday at 5:00 p.m., ran over a 3-year-old boy with the initials F. I. T. P., on the Francisco de Ángulo raft in the Santa Ana neighborhood, in the city of Huancavelica.

According to the residents of the area, the minor was playing with two other children among the parked cars and suddenly the police patrol car appeared and charged him.

At all times, the neighbors who left their houses demanded justice for the death of the minor. There were struggles between the people of the place and the police officers who began to cordon off the area and protect the safety of the non-commissioned officer who ran over the minor.


Death reached the boy only 3 years old.
