85-year-old man hit by a car in Xuchang City


At 13:16 pm on May 16, 2020, at the intersection of Liancheng Avenue and Yintai Road, Xuchang City, Henan Province. A white old-age scooter lights up from green to west and grabs a red light to pass; it collides with a two-wheeled electric car driving in the opposite direction through a red light and turning left. The driver of the two-wheeled electric vehicle was an 85-year-old man who was comatose on the spot without wearing a safety helmet, resulting in serious consequences such as cerebral concussion, intracranial arachnoid hemorrhage and multiple soft tissue contusions on his face.
