a kid gets hit by a car in Omsk City in Russia

The incident occurred at about seven o'clock in the morning on April 2 near the house number 149 on 6th Station Street. Three children, as seen in the frames, waited a long time to go to the other side - the nearest pedestrian crossing is located about 200 meters away, and the schoolchildren usually do not use it. As soon as the stream of cars dried up, the children rushed across the road, but at that moment a white Kia Rio appeared.

The car was moving at high speed, so that the 43-year-old woman behind the wheel did not have time to react to the appearance of young pedestrians. One girl managed to retreat and stopped a boy who was running nearby, but their girlfriend was not lucky. The schoolgirl was thrown a few meters away from the blow, later she was taken to the hospital with numerous injuries.

The regional traffic police noted that it was impossible to install a sign opposite an educational institution according to the rules.
