At about 11:15 on January 4, 2019, Li driving a BDA3291 taxi in Guangdong left at the intersection of Nanshang Road and Yuehai Longcheng Road, Nanshan District, and pressed to the 4-year-old boy Zhang who was passing the zebra crossing.
