A leader of Thuong Dinh ward police said, the incident happened at noon on December 18, at Giap Nhat street.

The accident caused injured motorcyclists to be hospitalized for emergency treatment. After a few minutes of the accident, the police of Thanh Xuan district were at the scene working with the people involved, investigating the cause of the incident.
