3 hours old dead baby boy Discovered by Residents in Dumai City

Residents of Dumai City were shocked by the discovery of a baby figure

petite at Ubi Gardens, Jalan Batu Bintang, Purnama Dumai Barat on Tuesday (04/12/2018) morning.

The baby wrapped in a shirt is green with white les on the arm placed inside

cardboard used Yuasa dry batteries.



Delivered by Dumai Barat Police Chief Commissioner Lukman, the baby was only 3 hours old

found in lifeless conditions.

"This baby is a male sex alleged to have died around three hours ago," he said.

He claimed, getting information on the findings of the baby's body around 8:30 a.m. after

morning parade.
