Man and woman get hit by a car in Guizhou


 
On 6th February  2022, the Meitan section of the Hangrui Expressway in Guizhou. Xu Mouxin was driving and collided with the car driven by Kang Mou in front. Afterwards, neither side evacuated the scene in time, nor set up warning signs as required, but stood in front of Xu's new car to check the damage and negotiate compensation. A few minutes later, Xu Moujiang drove past here, hit a car on the right when he was dodging to the right, and then hit Xu Mouxin's car.
