When the victim did not notice, Binh stood up quickly and pulled a knife to pierce the chest, causing the victim to die on the spot. After finishing the crime, Binh took the material evidence to the police and surrendered.

Immediately after the incident, Chuong My District police blockade the scene, held a scene examination, took testimony of witnesses.

The case is being investigated and clarified by the police.
