At around 13:00 the same day, Binh went to the coffee shop where Mr. Nga sat and prepared a sharp gourd knife tucked behind his pants, to pretend to sit next to the victim.

When the victim did not notice, Binh stood up quickly and pulled a knife to pierce the chest, causing the victim to die on the spot. After finishing the crime, Binh took the material evidence to the police and surrendered.

Immediately after the incident, Chuong My District police blockade the scene, held a scene examination, took testimony of witnesses.

The case is being investigated and clarified by the police.
