Based on PO3 Ramirez's initial inbestigation, the accident occurred on March 13, 2019 at around 1:25 pm where the owner of the Mitsubishi Montero car with Plaka UHO229 was parked at the PWD Parking Slot Waltermart's establishment, according to the Montero driver, was allegedly suddenly saying it was Accelerated to the direction of the main building of Waltermart and ran inside the Fun House Gaming Area of the said area.
